Jhansi’s Pledge Park gradually coming to life

Jhansi: The foundation stone for the development of the Pledge Park in Jhansi, which was laid by Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath (CM Yogi), has started taking shape. In a program organized in the capital Lucknow, in the month of August in the year 2023, the first installment check was provided for the infrastructure development of Rani Laxmibai Pledge Park in Jhansi.

The Pledge Park is being developed on 10.52 acres of land out of thirteen acres located in Digara, Jhansi. The rest of the land is kept in reserve. This is Bundelkhand’s first Pledge Park, which is equipped with all kinds of facilities. A new approach road is being laid from the highway. Half the road has been built. This park is two kilometers inside the highway. Its distance from Jhansi is 11 km.

The promoter of the park, Siddharth Anandani, said that its approach is very good. It is very beneficial for the industry. An attempt has been made to take the minimum rate in this. Plots ranging from 2200 sq.m. to 1000 sq.m. are available here. We have 14 plots available right now, out of which bookings for two have been received. The registration process will begin very soon. Industrial electric supply is available 24 hours. Water, water head tank and other facilities are available for workers.

Anandani said that this is the first private industrial park in Bundelkhand. Jhansi is going to become a very big industrial hub after Noida. In such a situation, as long as BIDA provides its land, this can be a very suitable place for small industries. It is very close to the city. Every kind of industry can come and work here. This is suitable for those who want to set up an industry immediately.
